Kandersteg – Iselle (Italy)
Ticket booking
We urgently recommend that you book a ticket for the popular car transport trains, particularly the southbound ones (Kandersteg–Iselle).
Bookings are accepted up to 7 days (within Switzerland, up to 5 days) before departure. Confirmation and tickets are sent by post. You can book tickets in the following ways:
Online booking
You can book your ticket directly through the Internet, with payment by credit card. Your booking will be confirmed by e-mail.
Booking by telephone
Monday to Fridays, 8.30-16.00 hours;
Saturdays and Sundays: 8.30-11.00 hours and 14.30-16.00 hours;

You will have to give your credit card number for payment purposes.

You can book tickets in person at the following BLS Travel Centres:

Cancellation of bookings
If you are unable to travel on the day agreed, please inform your booking office immediately.
Cancellation costs will be calculated on the basis of our receipt of your cancellation:
23–15 days before departure: 30% of the fare
14–8 days before departure: 50% of the fare
7–1 days before departure:
90% of the fare
Failure to appear without cancellation: 100%
The reservation fee is not refundable. For the refund, we need the original ticket.
Change of an existing reservation
If you want to change an existing reservation,
we will charge a processing fee of CHF 10.00
to cover our expenses.
The original reservation fee will not be repaid.
