Information about the RailAway packages
Journeys
Journeys to the individual excursion destinations can be started from most of Switzerland's railway stations, to which, of course, you will also be able to return.
Bookings and information
The packages can be booked at all BLS Travel Centres, at about 400 railway stations, and by telephone through Rail Service (tel. 0900 300 300, CHF 1.19/min.). Please note that for some packages, booking is compulsory.
Junior/Grandchild Card, annual season ticket, young people, OAP's, disabled people
Holders of a Junior/Grandchild Card (except children's, fare alliance and communal 1-day cards) or of another valid ticket of their own profit from reduced connection tickets and additional RailAway services with many packages. In part, this also applies to young people, OAPs and disabled people, who must present their ID at the counter in order to profit from the reductions. Reductions with the Junior/Grandchild Card are only possible if at least one (grand)parent is in possession of a corresponding RailAway ticket. No reductions will be granted on site.
