The Kambly experience
Discover and enjoy new experiences in the Emmental region
A wide range of attractions and special moments at the Kambly Experience. To celebrate the anniversary “100 years of Kambly”, the first bakery – originally constructed in 1910 – has been recreated. With the aid of special lighting and sound effects, you can relive Kambly’s history right up to the present day. Learn how young Oscar Kambly I baked pretzels using his grandmother’s original recipe and then made a name for himself all over Switzerland. You can then take a peek inside a state-of-the-art kitchen and watch today’s maîtres confiseurs at work there. You will learn the secret of fine confectionery and will have a chance to sample up to 100 different sorts of Kambly biscuits.
