Emmentaler AOC experience
Discover how the famous cheese with the large holes is produced at the show dairy. The traditional and the modern come together at the Emmental show dairy: you will find out about the modern production of the famous AOC cheese as well as traditional cheese production. You can view a total of 4 dairy buildings from four eras at the site. A wide range of “Ämmitaler Ruschtig” specialities awaits you in the specialist cheese shop, the craft shop and the bakery. You can enjoy regional delicacies in the restaurant, with its covered terrace.
